Warranty & Workmanship Policy
How workmanship questions, manufacturer warranties and project review requests are generally handled.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This Warranty & Workmanship Policy provides a general overview of how Kipchakoff Remodeling Group approaches workmanship questions. The actual warranty, exclusions, timelines and claim process for a specific project are controlled by the signed project agreement, manufacturer warranties and any written warranty documents provided for that project.
Workmanship Approach
Our goal is to complete remodeling work with careful installation, appropriate materials and clean project practices. If a homeowner notices a workmanship concern after completion, they should contact us with photos, project details and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
Manufacturer Warranties
Cabinets, flooring, fixtures, tile, appliances, surfaces and other products may include manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any workmanship coverage and may require product registration, maintenance or documentation.
Common Exclusions
Warranty coverage may not apply to normal wear, homeowner damage, improper cleaning, lack of maintenance, product misuse, existing structural problems, moisture issues, work performed by others, natural material variation or conditions outside the approved scope of work.
How to Request Review
To request review of a workmanship concern, contact Kipchakoff Remodeling Group with your name, project address, completion date if available, photos and a clear explanation of the issue.
